How to Make a Quick Chipotle Spaghetti

chipotle spaghetti

My mom used to make a chipotle spaghetti that was a household favorite. It even became a Thanksgiving staple at our house! Sometime last year, I began to crave the pasta, and I asked my mom how to make it. All she sent me was the ingredients, which meant that I had to figure out the rest on my own.

Thankfully, I know my way around a kitchen. On my first try making this, I was successful, and it became a staple with my roommates. When I make this pasta, I like to cook a simple chicken breast seasoned with garlic, pepper, and salt so that spaghetti becomes the center of attention. So whether you want it as a side dish or a way to celebrate National Spaghetti Day, this spicy pasta will leave you wanting more.

  • 12 oz of spaghetti noodles (I use veggie noodles)

  • 3.5 oz of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 10.5 oz of cream of mushroom soup

  • 8 oz of regular cream cheese

  • 1 oz of mozzarella cheese

  1. Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Cook spaghetti noodles al dente.

  3. Blend the chipotle peppers, milk, cream of mushroom soup, and cream cheese.

  4. Once the noodles are ready, empty the water from the pot. Stir in the chipotle sauce with the noodles.

  5. Add noodles to bakeware and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

  6. Place the noodles in the oven for 8-10 minutes.

  7. Enjoy!
